Thank you for considering us to provide professional video production services for your next video project.  Our prices vary, depending on the number of cameras used.  Therefore, we are presenting the proposal below for your consideration.  One of the advantages of this, of course, is that it allows you to choose number of cameras for your project.  Of course, we are always ready to provide consultation on the number of cameras necessary to meet your objective most economically.  Note that the price schedule below is for the first four hours of your event.  We do not charge for set-up time in most cases. 

Events requiring full camera rehearsals are billed at half stated rates.  You are billed from your scheduled start time for the actual event.  These rates assume cameras are recording activities taking place at a single location in a single area such as on a stage.  If more than one area is to be covered, some editing charges may apply.

DV Switched--Editing INCLUDED.   Footage of the event only, and in the order in which the event occured.  If additional footage of any kind is to be included in the edited master, regular editing rates apply. 
DV ISO Edit--Multi-Cameras:  One camera used for capturing major program activities.  Other camers used for minor activities and inserts.  
DV ISO No Edit:  Does not include editing
 

Special Discounts and Rates
 
Special discounts are available for qualifying projects.  One- and two-hour rates are also available for small, short projects that can be done with a single camera.    Just want your event shot and don't need it edited?  We can do that, too.

Un-switched:  Two or more cameras are used for the wedding only.  One camera is used for the reception unless otherwise requested.  If requested, add $300.00 per camera to the above amounts.
In addition to personnel, the above prices include the following for wedding coverage.

Coverage Includes
1.   One- to two-hour preparation of Bride and Groom prior to Ceremony
2.   Ceremony
3.   Congratulatories and Well Wishes prior to and after Ceremony.   
4.   Reception to Last Dance (Extra charges apply according to above schedule if over four hours.  
5.   Three copies of your DVD in custom decorative cases
NOTE:  We also make arrangements to attend your rehearsal.


The following services and equipment are provided on an as-needed basis
  1. Editing:  Free if no additional footage included.  (Additional footage inclusion only = $55.00 an hour)

  2. Lighting:  6 650 watt units with stands 

  3. Sound:  microphones--4 hand-held, 2 wireless, CD/Audio Cassette Player
     
  4. Copies:  (Edited Master) 3 DVD’s.    Additional DVD’s are $20.00 each.  All are custom labeled and packaged.     
Additional Charges
 
The following audio and video equipment can be provided at an additional charge:
  1. Sound Amplification:  4 microphones with stands, mixer, amplifier, 200 watt speakers with stands = $450.00
  2. Video Projection:  Projector and Screen = $375.00
  3. Video Montage:  First 30 photos = $3.o0 each; additional = $2.75 each; Graphics = $1.00 each.  Short video clips priced as photo as long as no editing is involved.  Music added at no additional charge.  Although we have a wide variety of music, we prefer that you provide your favorites.  If you prefer music be matached to certain photos, we would appreciate instructions on that also.

We believe the above to be the best value available  for comparable professional wedding/event video production services.
